Our Story
After living in Nashville for 10 years I acquired quite a taste for Nashville Hot Chicken. When I moved to Oregon in 2019 I searched all of the local places for the best Nashville Hot Chicken I could find. While several places around Eugene were selling Nashville Hot Chicken none of it reminded me of Nashville so I decided to open my own place. Pyre is the only authentic Nashville Hot Chicken in town.
